EVD Shop Announcement
After Friday, I will only be accepting a few projects and shutting down shop for a little while.
For my followers that don't know, my husband and I are expecting our first baby in about a month!
I promise to return soon and, as always, I really appreciate your business, love and support!

It feels like Christmas morning!
For the last 6 years, I've been dreaming of one day owning my own letterpress machine. Yesterday was that day.
The secret has been killing me, but yesterday the husband and I drove to Pennsylvania to pick up my gorgeous Golding Pearl #3 circa 1888! She needed a little TLC (restoration), but now she's perfect! And I'm in love!
She may look little, but she's heavy! We borrowed the muscles of a sweet friend to get her to her new home. Thanks, Zane!
I've been printing on a Vandercook press for the last 2 years, so I'll need to get some practice on sweet Pearl before I can take any new orders. Stay tuned!

Letterpress to-go!
This may be the coolest thing I've ever seen in the entire paper-world! Kyle Durrie of Power and Light Press has converted an old Chevy van into a fully functional letterpress studio and is touring the country spreading the delight of letterpress. Though she's been at it for months, this was just brought to my attention because she'll be stopping in DC soon. Can't wait!!
Kyle is currently in the NYC area but is due to hit the south (that's you Louisiana!!) in the coming weeks and months. For more info and tour dates visit her website: http://type-truck.com/
